APF series

Recess-mounted floor profiles made entirely of aluminium, with high resistance to wear and tear as well as loads and deformations caused by traffic.

Available in five frame depths to suit different situations all the better. Frames can be mixed and matched as required.

The pads and exposed sections of the frame have a serrated surface to prevent possible slipping

Series details:

Slot width: up to 120mm

Horizontal compensation: to ±30

Load capacity: 1000kg point load

Suitable for applications in areas with high rolling loads such as:

Fork-lift trucks with solid pneumatic tyres with a total permissible weight of 7 tonnes (tyre contact area 200 x 200mm)

Trucks with pneumatic tyres with a maximum permissible weight of 30 tonnes

Transport and freight vehicles with hard plastic tyres. The permissible load depends on the tyre width and is 6.5 kg per mm of tyre width.
